Sheaths blanks are made from good quality 2.5mm leather with a welt to protect the stitching area, then dyed dark brown.

TIP: Soak blank in Warm water for about three minutes, sew up, then wrap your knfe in cling film and gently work into the sheath, this will stretch the leather slightly and help with the fit. Leave knife in sheath for a couple of hours remove and allow to dry fully. Treat with some bees wax and your knife will fit like a glove!!

These blanks have been specially prepared. A stitch groover has been run around the edge, then a stitch maker has been used to mark out the stitches ready for you to stitch up, giving a very neat finish.
